NorWest Sea Kayaking is based in Ullapool and operates out of a hut on the seafront.
Explore the beautiful West Coast from a different viewpoint. Travel silently by sea kayak or canoe and immerse yourself in wilderness; discovering deserted islands, wild coastlines, natural rock arches and white sand beaches. Encounter otters, sea eagles, seals and a whole host of other wildlife.
NorWest Sea Kayaking offers- 1/2 day, day and multi-day trips, courses and hire exploring the coastline from south of Ullapool, north to The Summer Isles and north to Assynt. There are endless amazing paddling options along this remote and stunning coastline.
Trips are tailored to the abilities/wants of clients and can be suitable for complete beginners to advanced paddlers. Safety is paramount in everything we do. NorWest is run by BCU qualified and local guide, Jules & her team. No experience necessary, all ages and abilities welcome.

On the east shore of Loch Broom, Ullapool was founded in 1788 as a herring port by the British Fisheries Society. It was designed by David Aitken who was advised by Thomas Telford.
