What a beautiful part of Scotland. We did a day trip from Strathpeffer and were amazed by the beauty of your wonderful town. Mauren, Liechtenstein - 09 September 2011 Great town and region. Enjoyed my week's stay. Anyone know why the U.K. Customs/Immigration people in Heathrow never heard of it? I entered on my landing card that the reason for my visit was "Tourism" as opposed to "Business" and my destination was Ullapool. The agent was quite emphatic when she said Ullapool is not known for its tourism, therefore I must be in the country on business. Maybe your association should send some nice brochures to the Heathrow Customs/Immigration people. James Kiernan
