Visitors can enjoy tranquil walks along its beaches, fishing off its pier and can launch their own boats for trips including those to nearby Isle of Martin.
The site has areas for caravans, motor homes and tents with a choice of hard standing or grass pitches with electric hook ups available at most. The site also features luxury lodges, chalets and a permanent holiday home all offering self-catering accommodation.

On the east shore of Loch Broom, Ullapool was founded in 1788 as a herring port by the British Fisheries Society. It was designed by David Aitken who was advised by Thomas Telford.
