This week is an exciting introduction to the limitless potential for creative expression through the making of journals out of textiles. You will bring to the course a chosen theme eg your wedding, a holiday, your garden, the sea, along with any bits and bobs you have collected which illustrate that theme eg tickets, maps, ribbons, photographs, newscuttings, poems, fabric scraps, shells, pressed flowers. Alternatively, you can choose to record the week that you spend in Ullapool, in which case, you won't need to bring a thing!
